I love that the ring holder can also be used on car vents although how well it holds depends on the shape of the car dashboard & where the vent is located. The vent part makes a good kick stand on a table as well but the ring part is perfect for a finger or to hang on a cupboard door while I am in the kitchen and keeps my phone off the counter.

I contact this Seller directly, explained the situation and provided pictures. They apologized and issued a full refund the next day.
