They're super stiff, but, that probably means they'll last a while. The dye has stopped running after a couple washes. Overall, good for the price. I had bought these because the claimed Made in USA, and I _did_ finally find the small print where it shows that to be true. They are Have A Hank brand, who makes high quality bandanas. Again, I was mistaken in my original feedback and I apologize. Will be buying again!

The hat is new, but I was a little disappointed in the packaging - a plastic shipping bag. I would have assumed that it would be boxed to avoid damage, and the hat was not in the best condition - mis-shaped in several ways/places. Luckily, it's straw, and I've owned many hats, over many years, so I've been able to reshape it, acceptably.
