I returned the wrong item and this seller provided the correct item. This was very good service from the seller. The item is high quality, and arrived in excellent condition. It looks beautiful, and I would do business with this seller again if they have other products I would like to buy. This wasn't the cheapest backdrop I could have bought, but it provides a great value for the price.

They are a drop shipper from China that say they ship from the US. Ordered a product from them because their listing said it would arrive in 2-4 days and it has been 11 days and the product still isn't here. I ordered from this seller because their shipping was fastest but it was just bait to buy a $650 part from them. They did nothing to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
