Came out great. Note that the screws provided are finer threads than others I have used so if you lose any, you may not be able to replace them with screws from another reel.

The pancakes are wound onto a NAB spool, but need to be transferred to a "reel" to be useable. These flanges make it simple to do this, and they work perfectly!

I again ordered another flange in October. It was missing the hardware. The vendor kind of push back on replacing the hardware missing hardware. I will no longer deal with this vendor.
