There's a note (supposed to be) to the seller saying deliver to Apt 2 (door on the north side of the house) do NOT deliver to Apt 1 (Front porch). I'm thinking the seller passes this note on because when UPS delivers, the packages always are delivered to the right door, Apt 2. Since Fed Ex never seems to get it right, maybe they should be encouraged to stop hiring monkeys who can't read and hire humans.
