I shipped out on Friday the 1st which was the next day after your purchase (July 31st) and they gave an estimated delivery of Tues Aug 5th. I see that it was still in transit on that day and they said they attempted on the 9th and went back again on Aug 11th. I would have hoped with their most recent rate increases that packages would be delivered on time, but unfortunately it took them twice as long on your books.
