    The fridge part was as described but took a week to get to me. When it arrived although packaged well managed to get cracked I’m guessing in transit. I took a picture and requested a return which came immediately. I dropped it off at the post office and my refund came the next day without quibble …so I am happy to say a good company to deal with even though my product was damaged in transit

    Issue on delivery where the packaging had been split in transit and one of three filters was missing. Contacted seller and despite there having been a bank holiday weekend in the mix received a response quickly. Matter was sorted following a few messages and within the same week, they have sent out replacements. I am very happy with the service I have received. Thank you

    Genuine Dyson part, for less.

    This is a genuine Dyson part at about 2 thirds of the Dyson price that takes a second or two to attach. A plastic part that turned my brush had broken. I could have bought a sole plate and repaired the head I had but the brush was very worn from stuck threads and such. Buying a whole new head included a new brush, motor and plastic part all together. Instead of having to strip my head and rebuild it, all I had to do was clip this new one back into place. For my piece of mind to know all parts are new and not mixed with some of my older worn parts that could also break at any time it was well worth the couple of extra pounds.

    Best value OEM item available.TT

    This is the cheapest replacement Dyson head available, makes the vacuum look like brand new. When you can pay £30+ just for a replacement brush -head motor this represents incredible value.

    Excellent Value for quality product

    I was very surprised at the quality and how good it is and it really is excellent value and dead easy to fit. It works extremely well and has made the machine as good as new again and completely recommend this item to revive a rattly old machine. I was just going to replace the worn parts but buying this was actually cheaper and i got a completely brand new head for less money.

    Works like new.

    Genuine Dyson part and the cheapest around. The Dyson modular design makes it very easy to fit. Our DC 25 works like new now (although I have no personal knowledge of this but am assured by my wife that it is the case).

    As good as new at half the price

    The brush bar motor blew up in spectacular fashion, I was shocked to see how much Dyson wanted just for the motor assembly Found I could buy a complete unit cheaper than one from Dyson, but still a genuine 'Dyson' product.
