Was going to Shrewsbury to do some shopping so called into abbey power and the file was very quickly exchanged for the correct size handle . I am pleased with my purchase and thank the staff in the shop for sorting the problem out so promptly will be buying some more products in the near future.

This seller States 24hr delivery, but don't dispatch on average until 2-3 days after purchasing. I've bought a lot from them - so I know how they work.. They offer good prices -especially when there is further 'payday' reductions. But if you need customer service or advice on a particular item or most importantly after care service, then they seem pretty clueless unfortunately.. They would benefit from having staff who know what they are selling.
