I texted them after 10 days to see if they had info where was my parcel, they didn't answer until I opened a case to get refund. They asked me to be patient and wait some more days for it. At this point I made a HUGE Mistake by closing the case. Since then they never replied on my messages and the parcel never came and I can't get my money back. Yes, you bought 2 items from me on different dates and you opened disputes both times because they took more than 4 days to be delivered. I replied to both ebay disputes. You closed the first because you stated you received the name plate, the second dispute you refer too I replied too within 2 hours of it being opened and you can get your money back as you have not closed it and you have not been scammed.
