    Room is their life until they escape.

    I just like this movie. A story mostly from the point of view of a 5 year old born in a garden shed. It's called room. Everything outside of room is TV land. His mother was abducted 2 years prior to his birth. They have both been held captive. Their life inside room is the 1st half of the movie. After their escape both his and his mother's life changes rapidly. Imagine what it is like to experience something other than room from her son's point of view and to realize what taken from his mother's life from her point of view.

    Great movie with a good plot

    This is a great movie. Jacob Tremblay is awesome. If you like suspenseful movies, this is the one for you.

    A Great movie!

    Nominated for 4 Golden Globe awards this movie is based on real events that we heard of in the news. A woman trapped for a long time in a room, he captor fathered a child, bravely she managed to escape and try to cope with "regular" life, Brie Larson and Jacob Tremblay are stupendous in it, the movie is very engaging and well worth buying; very high quality, recommended!!

    Unforgetably engaging characters

    As a viewer of a lifetime of movies during most during my 76 years on earth, I find this film to be one of the most emotionally powerful that I can recall. A very strong story, in my opinion. I found the main characters extremely engaging.

    ROOM IS FAITHFUL TO THE BOOK

    This film is very intense and interesting in how the adoreable boy and his mother interact and have had to create their world and then that changes. The psychology of their experience is very beautiful to watch unfold.
