Awhile ago I used this type of bird spike on top of a metal arch to stop pigeons pooping on the path below. Worked perfectly and being rounded rather than sharp spikes they are harmless should a bird decide to risk landing on them. I have recently fitted a low gate underneath the arch which enabled pigeons to sit on it and poop again, so have now fitted spikes to gate. Fitted using cable ties.

It's also easy to instal. There was some minor issues with the delivery but the seller communicated well about this and it got sorted easily and quickly. Thank you for that.
