Each pack came separately packaged inside a sealed plastic bag, so I can tidily keep a pack at the workshop and throw the rest into storage. Although the ties are only 2.5mm wide, they are tough under stress and not a single one has snapped on me. Being 160mm long means they are fit for most circumstances, I can always combine them for situations where I need something lengthier. Very pleased with the price and value.
