And it is difficult to pin the blame down but the wrapping was a thin layer of card with no cushioning, so one corner of the pack is crumpled. I think I can still use it if careful loading the printer but this is just careless (or uncaring).

I did a price comparison to get items and bags separately and your excellent price meant it came in so much cheaper. The pictures do not do the items justice.
