    The condition of the book was as described. It was shipped quickly. However, the packaging was torn in one corner and was without bubble padding, it was like paper bag material. Luckily no damage occurred to the book's corner that was exposed. This is my second time buying from this seller. I hope they will read my feedback and be more thoughtful with the packaging choices in future sales.

    Excellent

    Only Pros Heavan & Earth article really relaxing working on the tummy muscles (nottin yet) I went to a 2 hour seminar on this subject, checking to see if food or OTC supplements are right for you...... excellent .. This book is excellent it will take me months and many coffee stains on book and self however Worth IT.......

    colour is beautiful and alive ...title, couldn't say any better.

    very easy to follow, the drawings, I wish there was a video of all the different energy exercises. i certainly go and take in a class if it was in my area.

    A must read for everyone!

    If you want to learn all about energy to heal yourself this is definitely the book. I am amazed at all the information Donna Eden has given. I have already seen improvements in my posture and feet! Just amazing! Energy healing works!

    Review of Energy Medicine by Donna Eden

    The 5 minute daily energy exercise is helpful however, most of the other techniques in the book require you to have a partner which is slightly inconvenient. I like to be able to help myself but an interesting read. Somewhat technical too as she covers acupuncture points.
