  This item arrived even quicker than expected. The packaging was well-suited and nothing was moving around inside. The description and photos in the listing were accurate, and the price wasn't jacked up just because the product was old/uncommon. The seller communicates well. I would buy from them again.

  The item was shipped quickly and it would have been what I expected. Unfortunately, the items were not packaged properly, and they were also severely mishandled during shipping, which caused some of them to shatter (two cups and a dish). Only cotton and paper were used for padding, and no "fragile" marking was used on the box. The seller offered a partial refund, which I appreciate. I would recommend them to others, but I hope they take more care on packing irreplaceable objects in the future.

  This was a difficult situation. Obviously we were both upset at the damage.Any type of packing would not of held up to the beating this box took. As I said before it looks like an anvil was dropped on the box.Also, we do not use foam chip/peanuts due to environmental concerns.We have a pretty good review rate, with most people commentating on how well the items were packed. In this case the shipment just took a severe beating.Again, apologies for the partial damage.Thanks, Take care.

  Spectacular lot of history! The books are in perfect condition and span many years. The lot was packaged extremely well and arrived within one day! A glorious seller and transaction - thank you!!!
