    the ruthless elimination of hurry: a must read

    highly recommend this book!! our fast paced society has thrown out much of what is reminded in this book. this book will challenge your current lifestyle, as well as your mental, spiritual + physical well being. highly recommend for anybody, but especially type A personalities in need “deliberate living” the condition this came in was perfect as well. no issues.
