GNC fish oil
It's a great product.. Helped lower my cholesterol.. My daughters to.. No fishy taste or burbs.. 1000 mg of EPA/DHA Omega 3s which is what we needed to lower our cholesterol.. We need to take 4,000mg a day.. So that's 4 gel caps.. A day.. We do 2 in the morning and 2 at dinner time.. We were taking nature made.. But would of needed to take way to many cause there Omega 3s was only 300mg in each gel cap.. So this fish oil is the best.. As others don't have enough Omega 3s in it.. Which is what you need in the fish oil.. The others can be misleading.. Cause they say 1,000 mg but there not.. Omega 3s are much less only 300 at the most.. Good product to lower cholesterol
