    not working

    I didn't want to give a bad review seeing the problem maybe on my end,Sorry to say ,I had to say no to all because i never could get to see anything in the game itself , this game would not load on my system, it's a newer system and seems not to like it , I sure it works well just not for me , I had the orgenal Red Baron back in the 90's for the time it was a great flight sim, I wanted to just see if this was as good , but it's not to be,, SO FAR I'll try again , now I can't even get it to boot up.

    Back when Sims were real.

    Understand that this is 25+ year old software, and may have some issues on more modern PCs. (I have it running on Win 98 and XP with both Voodoo and Nvidia video cards. ) With that, the graphics, while dated, give a decent representation of the planes and environment. While I have no personal experience with real WW1 air frames, the flight models "feel" right and and the action is smooth. The authentic mode is a challenge to fly, much less fight. The inherent aircraft instability and failures are well modeled. No bells and whistles compared to newer flight sims, but still fun, if you're willing to put the work in. I usually start most simulations in a relaxed or "easy" mode, and increase the difficulty as the learning curve allows. This one may take a while.

    Title was ok but disappointed in the game graphics.

    Was very disappointed in the graphics with this game. Was expecting a lot more realistic look with the aircraft. Thought it would be more similar to other flight simulator games that I have played.

    Kites and Bullets!

    Excellent vintage game! Comes with a super campaign and maps, authentic ultimate realism mode, flight modelling, and good maps. A highly recommended incredibly detailed WW1 flight simulator. I give it 4.8 out of 5 Stars!
