Because eBay makes them use a sub par shipping company we had some complications. As another buyer stated the company said they tried to deliver but no one was home, etc. it is not the seller fault but the shipping company playing games. The whole time communication with seller was excellent. Prompt email response. Do not be afraid to buy from them. I'll definitely return.
