    Even though I didn't receive the product (due to a FedEx mishap), the seller was very professional and drove two hours to the FedEx processing point where the package was last said to be held to try and obtain information as to what happened with it. FedEx dropped the ball big time. Nevertheless, the seller communicated with me and kept me up to date. He issued me a refund, no problem. I still have my fingers crossed that we will both get what we want!
