    Meditations for a Modern Man

    As many of us move away from traditional religion to more of a personnel yet shared spiritual journey, the book Meditations can be part of the landscape along the way. Written by a man, Marcus Aurelius nearly 2000 years ago these are simple but compelling thoughts of what adds to make a great life. For the man living in 2016 and beyond there are some insights and what I (we) should attain to, while keeping in mind it was written by another man, albeit a thoughtful one.
