It does make a great cup of coffee although I haven't tried the espresso function yet. It's great that it supports both Keurig and Nespresso but with caveats. It only makes espresso on Nespresso pods. And, it doesn't accept my reusable Keurig pods. Also, although it can make coffee up to 14 ounces, it can only hold standard sized mugs. It makes better coffee than my K-Express and for the price I think it's a marginal win. Thanks!

Box was pretty beat up with chunks of the cardboard and foam missing but the contents were intact. Not sure if the box was damaged due to shipping or was sent like that. Either way, good price and fan works.
