    The Introduction explains the different translations !!!

    It helps me study, and the section before the scriptures is what I've been looking for also; a distinction between the translations and the history of how they came about and why the translation that has gone through the Greek language has some errors and the translation directly from the original Peshitta more accurately aligns with the Hebrew that I study. We need to study both, just understand the history of each. THANK YOU

    Aramaic Bible

    Bible was in very good condition, albeit used. The Lamsa's translation from the Aramaic of the Peshitta is the standard for the language Jesus spoke. Its translation clarifies scripture from errors through intermediary translations of Latin and Greek. Highly recommended for your study library.

    Hardly recommend having this Bible to refer to.

    I am happy to have this translation once again. It sheds light on the intent by translating from the language spoken at the time of the original writing. Also the cultural context reflected in the writing.
