    You have to get this!

    This is a great book, full of information and recipes. Explains everything from why our standard diet is harming us to how to properly prepare healthful foods! Thinking about flour, bread and processed foods as anti nutrients, taking more minerals to process than they put in, has fundamentally changed my outlook on food and how I feed my family! Buy buy buy!

    Great Book on Nutrition!

    Fascinating book so much information on nutrition. I don’t eat meat so not all was relevant but lots of useful tips

    Fantastic book, one of three!

    I love this book, it has so much information in it, it was the last of the 3 that I was guided to. These include nourishing broths and nourishing traditions for baby and child care. It shows just how things have change and why society has a distinct lack of health including mental, social and physical. It doesn’t state those as such but you can see why we’re poles apart from where we could be. I would highly recommend it.

    the only cookbook you need, if you want to eat what you should be eating

    This is THE BOOK on nutrition after Weston A Price's book, this is a cookbook and contains all you need to know about traditional cooking, everything from scratch, how it should be. I recommend all Sally Fallon's books. It's hard to get a paper copy version of this in the UK and not cheap, but worth every penny.

    A Must Read!

    A fantastic book if you want to eat real food and live a healthier, longer, life. Presents the facts about why the diet, based upon Weston Price's work, is best for health; and contains a huge amount of recipes to get you started.
