Horn took so long and case was dropped many times causing lead pipe to seperate with main tuning slide and flop around during shipping. Shipping horrible UPS has just lost their account supervisor. They are closing customer walk in depts, Items have to controlled at UPS STORES - ONLY. Seller's will now have overseas purchases sent to customer's address. I have got to stop buying overseas now. High Costs !

The synthesizer is exactly what I hoped for, works perfectly and is in great condition. It was fairly priced and good value. All of my questions were answered before I made the purchase and communication was excellent. I purchased a 120v to 100v step down voltage converter so it would operate perfectly in Canada.
