Not posted from within UK, so took a while to arrive from abroad, when initially queried postage delay, this seller said delay was from courier side, but few days later i received a notification it went through customs, I complained that they falsely advertised item from UK as initially said 2-3 days postage, which i called the seller out for. But delay aside, everything else is fine. Thank you

I paid extra to receive a memory stick within a week, the seller said 3-5 days. In the end I waited 12 days, the same time it would’ve taken if I had bought from a Chinese seller and would have been cheaper. The seller can justify that the item was dispatched the following day and that tracking was available, however the tracking details didn’t show anything other than dispatched (presumably from China) and then delivered.

When I requested a refund, they lied and said the item had already been shipped, but never updated the tracking number. After that, they stopped responding to my requests for updates, and only issued a refund after I filed a non-delivery claim. This is the worst seller — buying from them is nothing but a waste of time.
