    Fascinating description of a very successful CEO of one of the world's most successful enterprises. The ability of a person with the right mental equipment to grow from an insignificant role into a leading executive in the high end world of corporations was fascinating. It's a good example of how to prepare for and succeed at being an executive...having the initiative to learn and be willing to take chances...take risks...and have faith in your ability to succeed. A primer in successful management.
