There customer service is pretty much none existent, there shipping is by far the worst you will ever experience, and they only care about taking your money. Yes it does sound a little harsh but I ordered my product the 8th still hadn't been shipped till the 16th and I still may not get it, I tried to get a refund before they shipped it and they said no refunds.

They didn’t have anything different than what was sent so they offered partial refund . I am awaiting for the refund at this time. The communication they had with me was very helpful and very prompt with getting back with me.
