  Didn't arrive, no sign of it then two days before promised-by date got a series of pre-composed messages asking me to contact China Post & allow an extra 1-2 days etc etc. Seller full refunded the following month. Before and after this, other things I had ordered they arrived OK. Couldn't understand Tracking it all written in Chinese symbols.

  Superb service from seller, he found out a delivery HAD been attempted (of which I was unaware of) and seller provided me with the full 'Last Mile' information including the actual delivery agent and reference number. The (now not needed) refund can't be reversed, so I will pay for the item with pleasure.

  Advertising 5 pack of items then sends 1. Says the advert was an error and the price was for 1. Refused many times to send return postage label or a refund. They just kept sending me an address to pay the return postage. They even stated that they would refund if I didn’t leave negative feedback, meaning unless I agreed they wouldn’t refund me. Needless to say eBay stepped in and refunded me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS EBAYER.

  Faulty item poorly package sent all the way from china.worked for 10 min then broke after waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive Asked seller for return or refund after sending picture,was asked to send a video to there personal email and a load of other things to make it a long winded affair for an item that cost £9 Now they want me to pay to send it back to china lol E bay won’t help either Scammer
