    Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration

    As a diabetic, this book tells you what the glycemic index is of the foods that you eat. The key in this is that diabetic needs to eat ones with the lowest in glycemic index. It’s easy to read and easy to find the different products. Worth every penny.

  • Necessary guide to successful weight loss and better health.

    Glycemic index is the best information to guide yourself to a healthy diet! Without this guide, I had difficulty calculating the Glycemic Load and was consuming too many carbs per meals. Now I know where I was making my mistakes and back to losing more weight! I shouldn’t call it a diet because this is how I will choose what I eat from now on! I’m months away from turning 60 and my energy level is great since removing bad carbs from my diet!

    Not sure what to say about this reference guide. It does OK for the most part, but is not fully comprehensive and sometimes has inconsistent data ... at least I think it is ... good most of the time, just leaves me wondering about some stuff sometimes, but then, it would be much larger, thicker, and more expensive if it was more comprehensive or fully researched - so GOOD DAILY HANDBOOK for tracking healthy eats. TT

    The book is fine, just what I wanted but it's in BAD shape. It's all marked up by the previous owner, with many check marks and notes written in the margins. I don't mind if a book is worn but all this writing is very distracting.
