Best coaching resource
An excellent resource for management, development and home study. I use this frequently to assess the qualities that I need in a hire. I also use it to provide well defined constructive feedback during performance reviews. For home study it is great at taking feedback from others and constructing meaningful action plans.

This book was insightful and helpful to sharpen your skill in many areas. It helps you with tips and examples to better understand and master the material.
