Sony CD-R Blank CD's 80 Min
I have been buying these Sony CD-R's for many years. I use them in my Yamaha "Home" CD recorder and they also record on my laptop. I would have given 5 Stars in this review but unfortunately the quality of these CD-R's has dropped. The sound used to be so much better than these later ones are. The die on the "record" side used to be a very distinctive dark green compared to almost all other brands. This "darker" die seemed to indicate a better record "burn" and the end result was superior reproduction in sound quality. Bare in mind that I am an "audiophile" and I hold my standards very high and the "older" darker die Sony CD-R's defiantly sounded much better. I had to buy these newer Sony CD-R's just because they are pretty much on their way out with all the modern digital gimmicks and sources being forced down our throats. (Can't they just let a really good thing alone???). If you are not an "audiophile" and really don't have the popper "ear" for accurate sound, by all means, buy them!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

denon cdr-w1500 recording success
Like others, I tried recordable cd's in the machine with no luck. These are branded "digital audio" / "recordable", which is what you'll need on cd recorders. These Sony blank music CD-R discs are great for older stereos & recorders.
The Sony blank music CD-R discs are great for older stereos and recorders. These CD's work for my CD player in my truck (an old 1993) and also work well on older CD recorders too. Other CD's I've tried have worked on my CD recorder, but not in my truck stereo. sony cdr recordable discs
I highly recommend the Sony or TDK CDR discs for anyone doing home recording. They both work perfectly on my Sony Recorder. I've tried other brands but they didn't work on this particular recorder.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good for my Sony CD recorder.
I have a Sony CD Compact Disc recorder that requires the use of a "Digital Audio" disc to make the copy. These are getting hard to find. These work great and very rarely do I have on fail. I make my 'favorites' cd's from songs off multiple cd's to use in my car when traveling. If the copy gets damaged in the car it's not such a big deal.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Just what I wanted

Works great, Problem solved.
Works great for me in my Philips 760 CD Recorder. I was having trouble getting my recorder to recognize some other brands of CD-R music discs. Flawless recording.
