basic and portable
We got this for my wife, who is always losing the battery from the type with a loos battery cover. For cramming into suitcases and handbags, it does cure that difficulty. It is a price, the open and shut button being small and fiddly and the night visibility virtually non existent

A quiet tick
Although not completely silent, the action does not have the annoying loud tick that so many clocks have. And it has a clear display.

It's OK
It is a travel clock and that's what I wanted. But it doesn't stand up well and it is not great quality. True it is cheap but there are cheaper. I thought my husband had broken a bit off as it wouldn't stand properly but my sister has the same one and thought the children broke it. I think it is just a fragile clock. Fine for infrequent use,

Wm Widdop Travel Alarm
Neat looking travel alarm card which folds nicely into its case which protects it well. The hands and figures are easily read in daylight, and the hands and figures are luminous. However, although the figures are luminous, they will only glow for a limited time after being exposed to light, but the short luminous strips on the hands cans still be seen for a longer time afterwards.

Time for a story
A lovely little 'Travelling Alarm Clock' which keeps good time and has a loud enough alarm without waking the dead. This little beauty arrived on time and was very well packaged, safely & securely. I was so happy with this black beauty that I also bought the same one in white to keep each other company!! So now they are very content indeed!! Thank you very much. Live Long and Prosper. Only half good
I thought I would be able to tell the time in the dark because of the luminous hands but I can’t and the in off switch is difficult to reach when you are half awake

Difficult to make out the numbers
It's difficult to make out the green numbers on a black background. Does not glow at night. Positives - very quiet, tidy case.
