Only disappointment was when contacting the seller - the message went to HQ and not the specific shop. As a result HQ informed me the item was confirmed as being dispatched on a date that was in the future? It was disappointing to have to correct this and chase the item…however I won’t be too harsh as this is a charity. But would certainly recommend the charity tightens up on processes 🙏🏻
