Very happy overall. The collectible card came heavy bent despite the item being sealed, but the seller reached out to resolve the problem and was open to improving their packaging in the future which is great!

I would happily purchase form this seller again.

They offered me the same shoe but different color. I chose to have them send me the pink pair of V-Soul shoes. They shipped from Japan but arrived in just a few days. I was shocked at how fast they arrived! This seller has great communication, great customer service & quality products. I'd order from them again. I love them. Excellent value.
