Laughs from the past
Belly laughs galore, especially the interactions between Blackadder and his manservant Baldrick. The cast of characters in all the series is just splendid with a great gathering of actors and actresses. I must admit that this type of comedy is not to everybody's taste though.

Series 2 - 4 and the Christmas Specials are spot on thanks to the writing of Ben Elton and others ( now he really is a national treasure in a oft-over
A now classic comedy that hits the mark from series 2 through to final series 4 and some good specials. At this price cannot get a better deal and will keep us all laughing no matter how many times we watch it. Beats the so called 'really quite adequate' new comedy being served up in the name of entertainment on a certain channel - Evad I think !

Amazing series!
The series - just amazing! My favorite actors and funny subjects. I cannot stop laughing from the moment I sat down to watch it until it`s over. I am not British but their humor is catchy to anyone who likes this kind of comedy. This series along with "Vicar of Dibley" are two treasures that I had to have.

Great condition, bit of an odour but that comes with second hand stuff. Haven't had a chance to watch them yet but the discs look to be fine and should play well. Thanks!

Not entertaining
Shame really was looking forward to watching these dvds, but it got hard going as the episodes are mostly the same, sorry but i was bored most of the time watching them, i can only think they are too old now, price was well worth buying though

Don't slouch Darling..
I love Blackadder and have done since it first came out, great wriing and the cast are all comedy geniuses.

Mad as a Black Adder and funny, funny, funny.
Excruciatingly funny, sardonic, witty, silly, but also piquant, especially the last episode set in WW1.
