Not bad at all for the price.
Screen brighness could be better if you spend time outdoors or car but not a show stopper. sound could be a little better if you use the speaker for the calls and who you are talking to again not a show stopper. but for 200, you will not find a better phone that covers bands 66 and 71 and has all these features and awesome screen. as a new phone, battery life is very good but how long that will last, who knows.. just don't charge to 100% or go less that 15-20%. keep thte battery confused it will last longer. doesn't seem to get hot at all like some phones i've had where you could fry eggs on. this was not my first choice but the days of 400+ dollar phones are long gone for me. so this was and is best bang. I would recommend this without hesitation. ,

Great phone for the price!
I like that i can use this particuliar model with almost any US Carrier. In my case i use a Verizon Sim Card and it works great. Also have an ATT sim that i can swap in and also works great. Super bright screen, decent battery life, great power saving functions that can really extend battery life. Fast charging built in. Very happy with this device for the price paid.

Very good value
Have only been using for 2 weeks so far. Much better battery life than Grand Prime, but battery replacement is not a simple back cover removal. Do not look forward to that. The speaker phone sometimes has an odd radio transmitter kind of tone, and makes it more difficult to understand. No volume boost button. This phone is lightning fast, and still 4G. The camera takes very high quality photos, and has a sort of panorama mode that is very cool. I am very pleased so far, and I think once I sit down and learn some of the features I will be even more impressed with this phone.

Budget Phone..... more phone than I use
I know that the A50 is considered a Samsung Budget phone, it has a great processor and plenty of memory, and I just put my SD card in so it's more phone than I use .... why buy the brand new $1000 S20

A nice phone for a good price.
My previous phone was also a Samsung, which served me well, so I kept with the brand. A friend of mine owns a cell phone repair service and recommended this model. It's slightly larger than my old phone and is easier for me to text with. The phone is VERY SLIPPERY and I highly recommend a good phone case to prevent dropping it. I didn't use mine much until I got one. So far it seems to use more battery life than my old one, so I'm still out on that opinion.

EXCXELLENT FOR THE PRICE
Keep in mind the price point! I think an excellent value. Haven' t had dropped calls or any other operational malfunctions. Has many features of the high dollar models like GPS, FSM, and other stuff. Screen is clear with great definition. Its not small but not very large either. If you have small hands, it is a handful. Don't understand complaint's about photos, they look very good to me. The processor although good and of quality, is a little slower. We're talking having to wait only a moment or two so it's plenty good. It does not support the external pad charging but it damn sure charges fast with the included charger. I like the USB-C plug in, don't have to fumble around to get the cable flipped correctly to plug it in. There's plenty of after market screen protector and cases for it. Like I said, keeping in mind the price point , it's an excellent value.

Great value, full featured - works great for me
This definitely works better than the one I dropped in the toilet. I'm very happy with this phone - same model as I drowned. The seller was upfront about the pink shadow, but it's barely noticeable to me. I don't use dark mode to "cover" the pink. Glad this 4G version was still available. Not interested in going to a 5G phone until I absolutely have to.

Great value
Really good value. Had the A10 for the same price before & this one is noticeably faster with a better camera and cool features like fingerprint sensor. Also the battery life has been excellent so far.

Very good product...but...
I just got mine today...and very excited ...however....I can't use with my phone carrier which is 'cricket'.... I am returning it....very sad ..... If you are getting this phone...you will love it!! Just make sure you have a comparable phone carrier. Good luck!!

Phone works for what I need it for
The phone is OK there's something wrong with the touch screen it's not sensitive enough and you have to tap on it really hard to get action and the battery life only lasts about 4 or 5 hours and it has to be recharged I don't see this phone lasting me more than maybe 6 months
