I had placed an order during vacation, so when it arrived, it wasn't long before Ami had reached out to me and asked if the order came safely which had been very touching to me. The products itself are in fact very good condition and absolutely adorable! They're priced reasonably considering that Chiikawa merchandise is hard to find in the U.S. Overall, great communication and highly recommend buying from Ami! :)

They are really nice and easy to communicate with they also threw in some extras like stickers. The appearance of the picture they provided for the product is the exact same when you buy it so you don’t have to worry about it looking different. The Quality of the keychain/plush is also pretty good! I will probably buy from them again in the future !! Thanks a bunch!!（≧∇≦）♡

Highly recommend - the prices are great (especially considering shipping is free and it's coming from the states versus overseas) AND everything is authentic. I love the little freebies included with my order. Such a nice touch and great customer service. My item was packaged nicely and exactly as pictured! So happy to get my hands on the Sanrio Collab item I wanted!
