Absolutely worth reading
I haven't read this book yet but someone I respect completely read it long ago and said it changed her life and gave me the best review of the book that I've ever heard about any products or anything pretty much just the best review I've heard about anything in my life and she said it changed her life it might not be that powerful for everyone's life but it's worth a read that's for sure I got it as a gift for my sisterBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Life changing?
This was a book that God used to speak encouragement and truth into my life when I was going through a hard time with cancer and surgeries. I highly recommend it. Daring to be Thankful
I found this book challenging in its approach to living a life of grace. Learning to be grateful (and joyful) in any circumstance is a long process of falling and getting up again and again. Voskamp's style can be difficult at times (sentence fragments and so on) but the content is wonderfully compelling. I have started a journal like hers about being grateful for everything, and it's a challenge some days to find something to be grateful for; but it's there when you look for it. The key to happiness
The key to happiness is in being thankful. This book is a practical look at life using a different lens. Ann has an amazing way of describing the places we all find ourselves at various points in our life, and then showing us how to translate it into thankfulness. Her style is engaging and easy to read. A book I couldn't put down!

This book will leave a lasting imprint in your heart.
In the world we currently live in we need more encouraging books like this one, the Bible is clear about how we must remain grateful. It says we are to give thanks in all things. This book has helped me keep my mind set on being grateful for the things I took for granted. I know you will be blessed by it. Ann Voskamp looks at life through God's Grace which is a wonderful filter to help us get a clearer look at the life God has blessed us with. Life changing book
This book has prompted me to acknowledge the many gifts God gives me in a new way. One Thousand Gifts is the first Ann Voscamp book I’ve read.
