I emailed the sender who sent me a replacement straight away. I have just played it, and for a very old film the colour was excellent - and so was the sound. I am going to have a look to see what other titles are on his list, i will certainty buy more.

I didn't read the description correctly because it stated that it had not DVD case but was still packages well in a plastic wallet. I contacted seller as it wasn't playing all the way throughout. The seller immediately issued a returns label and refund. I only read my emails on my eBay account to further read he apologised and said he would send another one. I think that is highly commendable, good faith and excellent customer care. Highly recommended.
