Doc Martin - one of the best, in my view
This is a highly entertaining series and now have all of the DVDs, including the two TV movies that preceded the television show. The scenery is breathtaking, the stories are highly entertaining and quirky, with unusual characters -- to say the least. Although sub-story lines run through the series, along with the continuing main story, they do not confuse or detract from the any of the shows. Watching the whole series, however, is made additionally worthwhile by remembering some of the sub-plots, which surface later. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoy watching the Special Features section, which provides some good backgrounding on the characters, locales and story lines. Highly recommended!
