Emailed the parent companies customer support email and they emailed me back saying the customer support I emailed was the wrong email. And still no word from global golf. Some I’m stuck with a club I didn’t purchase and I have to buy a shaft and take it to get replaced. They ripped me off and won’t respond to messages.
