In attempting to remove the plastic insert, it broke, and the glass ink insert had been chipped. I sent an eBay message to this seller, and he immediately agreed to a partial refund, which was credited to my account. The seller is a man with integrity; and I will purchase again from this seller; for, he is indeed a gentleman.
