Works but looks used
Product does not look "NEW". Packaging was damaged and the zipper is discoloured. Product works well, but it is a gift for someone so I am a bit disappointed that the box was a bit squashed and just doesn't look "pristne". However I am glad to have it as it is part of a first birthday gift.
