The package arrived well before the estimated delivery date, which was a very pleasant surprise! Every single box was 100% original, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. The quality, appearance, and value were all top-tier, exactly what I hoped for. The seller did a great job with the packaging too everything arrived intact.

Contacted the seller, claimed that an agent used the wrong ad to list the hard drive. Seller refunded half my money and let me keep the hard drive, which was appreciated. Hopefully they update the ad to USED for future purchasers.
