Usually really quick repair unless like this time I waited a couple of weeks because they had to order multiple parts to fix the problem. Seller communication was very good. Ordered parts needed promptly and only paid the extra when repair was completed. Was sent a video the day before it was sent back. Plugged in today and works perfect again
