Figure itself does have some balance issues, some loose joints, but seller had nothing to do with this issue, it is a factory one that every copy of this figure will have. It looks beautiful when you get it into poses! Love the FuRay Planet line

They were packed in a simple plastic envelope and wrapped once in bubble wrap. Fortunately they came undamaged but these should be packed in a box with bubble wrap.
