I purchased a a timing chain kit that was clearly advertised as fitting my 2006 Honda crv and they pictured parts in the package that matched my vehicle. However what they sent was a hodgepodge of parts that fit two other types of vehicles other than mine. When I brought this to their attention they continually said sorry, but never were willing to provide a refund.

They told me to keep the part they sent, and I had a refund from this seller back in my bank account the next day. All considered, everyone makes mistakes, but this seller went above and beyond to make it right.
