Bought an item, went back and fourth with messages stating "he's busy" or "he's at work" 32hrs comes around having not received the item, I demand a refund, only refunded half of the amount, queried this and was told he "doesn't have the money" waited 4 weeks, opened a ticket with ebay, for him to respond "no refunds sorry" never got the item but OK. Ebay then issued me a full refund (luckily).

I wish all sellers were more like this one. Def recommend and will be using again for more items

He/she not only sold me an item they claimed they already sold out on, but gived me less than half of my money back! I never gotten the item and seller issues a partial refund, that's a policy violation! Seller is deceiving. If you purchase an item after this message is sent, you're actually gambling your money.
