The seller got in touch very soon after I raised the issue and dealt with the whole transaction, from return to refund, efficiently and without fuss. The compass had been dispatched promptly and was just as described. I’d have no hesitation in buying from them again. Thank you.

I am very happy with the product and the value for money. There was a slight fault with the controller that came with the console, nothing that would stop me from using the product but a fault nonetheless and I was partially refunded for the controller, got replies within 10 mins of messaging, couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Item in excellent condition, needed a little cleaning up but I don't mind that. All as described and actually looked cleaner than in the pictures. Decently priced considering most PAL versions seem to be increasingly rare at this point. Packaged well and safely to avoid damage.
